New Agent Set Up Fee $75
We create customized templates for each agent we work with, including your preferred list of vendors, your preferred timelines, even your logos if applicable.

Drafting Documents $25
In this busy market, offers have to be turned in quickly. If you can’t get to your computer, we may be able to help! We can draft an offer based on the criteria provided to us, and get you a copy to proofread and revise before it gets sent for signature. We can also assist with referral agreements, listing/buyer mutual releases and other non-contract specific documents for this one time fee.”

Contract To Close Management $375
Once your contract is bound, let us manage the details. We will set up a timeline and reminders for each critical milestone, work with agents and clients to schedule inspections and get all necessary paperwork signed, keep in touch with lenders and title companies, set up walk throughs and closing appointments, and ensure your transaction is compliance approved.

Listing Service $100
From drafting the MLS listing, to uploading photos and making sure listing paperwork is signed and in order, we can help you start the transaction off right.

Client Contract Cancellation (First Contract/Client) $0
Things happen and when they do, you don’t get paid. We get it and we won’t charge you for the first transaction your client terminates.

2nd + Cancellation $187.50
If your same client terminates more than once, we will only charge 50% for the second and future terminations.
