To handle your contracts with the same level of diligence and care that you yourself would.

• Kick off Contract to Close process or listing process within 24 hours (excluding Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).

• Same business day responses/acknowledgements on all incoming emails and phone calls received between 8-5:00. After hours responses/acknowledgements will be provided whenever possible, but no later than the morning of the following business day. We are available on the weekends for urgent requests; if we are not near a computer when needed, we will let you know when we will be able to address your need.

• Copy agent on all correspondence.

• Provide a seamless client facing experience, presenting ourselves as a member of the agent’s team, working on their behalf. We are an extension of you and will work to represent you well.

• Provide regular updates to agent as needed/requested.
