Theresa Swain

had a successful career in corporate America specializing in engineering and implementing systems and processes to aid in departmental workflow and customer experience. She decided to leave corporate life to pursue a passion: becoming a mom and helping children in Haiti. Theresa helped co-found the 501c3 organization Restore Haiti in 2007 and adopted her pride and joy, Jonah, in 2013. After buying and selling a home in 2017, her realtors told her she has a gift for getting things done. The rest is history. Theresa began working in a contract to close capacity assisting her realtors in 2018 and officially incorporated Closing Time in early 2019.

Daniel Swain

spent most of his adult life in full time ministry, and his main job for several years involved developing and discipling teams of worship leaders, small group leaders, and volunteers at a growing church, in addition to directing and overseeing the technical and scheduling aspects of the live production of the church services. His background in planning and scheduling, in addition to helping people develop leadership skills, and overseeing many teams of staff and volunteers, has taught him that the small details are important and juggling multiple priorities takes dedication and organization. He loves checking things off his list and the thrill of knowing he is getting stuff done while simultaneously helping people achieve their goals.
